About Yukti AI
Yukti AI is a software company in Surat, Gujarat, that builds custom, AI-powered business management systems for Indian companies — CRM, ERP, WhatsApp automation and analytics in one platform, designed around how each business actually runs.
Yukti means a clever, intelligent solution — and that's what we build. Yukti AI started from a pattern we kept seeing: growing Indian businesses run on a tangle of Excel files, Tally and manual WhatsApp, and it works right up until it doesn't — numbers stop matching, reports take days, and no one has the full picture.
Off-the-shelf ERP and CRM software doesn't fix it, because it makes you change how you work to fit its screens. So we do the opposite: we study how a business actually runs, then build one system around it — with an AI layer that reads the data, briefs the owner every day, flags what's going wrong, and runs the repetitive work. Software that thinks with you, not just software that stores your data.

The founder
Yukti AI is founded and run by Paras Dhankecha, who personally designs and builds the systems we deliver — from WhatsApp AI sales agents to full ERP and CRM platforms. Every project is architected and shipped hands-on. You can connect with him on LinkedIn.
Before Yukti AI, Paras ran a web development company. He started Yukti AI after seeing the same pattern in business after business: owners keeping their data in Excel, Google Sheets or paper registers, unable to analyse any of it, repeating the same manual tasks every day — and many not automating anything at all. Yukti AI exists to bring AI into small and mid-sized businesses the right way: we audit how the business runs, fix and set up the workflow first, and only then build the AI layer on top of it.

- Jewellery & diamond — Lumera (a full jewellery ERP/CRM that now generates the brand's customer invoices), Surati Jewellery Factory (CRM with a two-way WhatsApp inbox), Shinelabb (product master & WhatsApp catalogue).

How we build
Consistent stack across projects: Next.js and TypeScript on the front end, Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage, row-level security) for data, Vercel for hosting, the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API for messaging, n8n for automation, and GPT and Gemini for the AI layer — with Exotel and OpenAI's realtime API for voice work. Modern, production-grade tools, chosen so a business can run on the system, not just demo it.
